Nordic CRM is where most of my enterprise CRM, integration and operational product work lives today. My role spans solution architecture, technical leadership and hands-on product development.
What I do there
I help turn business processes into maintainable systems across Zoho CRM, Analytics, Projects, Desk, People, Writer, Sign and external platforms.
That includes data models, automation, APIs, custom applications, dashboards, delivery tooling and the technical guardrails around them.
The principle is simple: business before software, people at the centre, purposeful technology.
